Krista will lead a continuous flow yoga class combining breath, stretch and strength. Focused on increasing mobility, balance and decreasing  resistance, this class is a moderate pace, but beginners are welcome to join, you must be able to move through a series of yoga poses without difficulty. No headstands, or advanced yoga balance poses will be practiced


Strong Hatha

The perfect end to the day... A meditative and slower paced class by the glow of candlelight. Yin practice involves holding poses for longer periods of time aiming to increase circulation and flexibility. Breath work is essential to calming the nervous system, Working on mobilizing the head and neck, ribs, shoulders, spine, pelvis and hips , we will breath more strategically with our diapraghm which will settle our nerves and improve pain. A new theme will be offered every week. Yin focus will be taught by Jenny and mobility and breath work focus will be taught by Krista on alternating weeks. NO SOFT PROPS WILL BE PROVIDED: ONLY MATS AND BLOCKS. Please feel free to bring a blanket, bolster and or strap if you like.

Friday nights have changed ! Barre combines an element of strength, muscular endurance, stretching and mobility that serves to help realign, correct posture imbalances, build strength and challenge that dancer in you! While no ballet sequences are done during class, you will be repeating plies, squats, arabesques, and cute little leg lifts ;) until that shake begins or .........? This is a challenging class, but do not fret, you'll be happier you were at this barre, and not the other!

Personal Fitness Training is worked out in 4 week blocks. It requires a 4 week commitment, with the option to continue post. No sessions can be made up, and a 24 hour cancellation policy applies, with exception of Covid-19. One on One sessions incorporates variety of equipment to meet your goals and is 55 mins. Minimum 4 short HIIT workouts and 4 10 min yoga based stretching classes per month Over $80 value! There is also a private Facebook group for all members to help cheer you on!

PRESCREEN MANDATORY

when registering, you will be directed to set up a client profile. Here, you will receive e-prescreens within 48 hours of class, and be able to upload a copy of your vaccine passport.  ANYONE who has not completed these steps will forfeit their registration  for class. There will be no refunds for this.

PUBLIC HEALTH ORDERS 

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, there are several Public Health Orders. These are always changing, so please be patient. Any behaviour that is aggressive, forceful or abusive will not be tolerated. No refunds will be issued if you are asked to not return to class based on behaviour. We are mandated as a studio to provide a safe space for everyone, and that always  aligns with Public Health.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to maintain the integrity of the Instructors who are dedicating their time for their participants. we have a strict refund/cancellation policy in place. Full Refunds will only be issued within 1 week of class start date. 50% Refund will be issued if a participant withdraws within the first week of the session, provided the space can be filled. There will be no refunds issued for sickness or injury although some matters may be considered for partial credit in the future. In the event a sub can not be found, an instructor is ill or injured and a class is cancelled, a makeup class(es) will be held.


While we understand finances and payment for classes can be hard, we must enforce a limited refund policy. The spot you register for is held solely for you , and due to the limited spots per class available, we may not be able to replace your registration. Instructors  experience and personal time  to create and plan a session is valuable and they want you there.  Please consider this in your registration when you commit.

All classes have a refund policy  that is a full refund with 7 or more days until start of class; or within the first week where you can redeem 50% back provided your spot can be filled. Classes are subject to cancellation if an instructor is unable to attend, or if less then 3 participants enroll. 

A makeup class will be held in the event of instructor illness or injury.
