Krista has been a practicing RMT in the province of BC for 2+ years. Graduating from WCCMT IN 2019, Krista continues to enjoy meeting new people, treating a variety of issues complex or simple, and loves being the best part of someones day in their journey of wellness or pain relief. She uses a variety of techniques including swediah, myofascial and joint mobilizations, ensuring that the best possible outcome is always the goal. She encourages additional strength training to treatments that are part of her Home Care prescription as a means to elevate you and your treatment to being the best version of yourself!

Krista's prime passion is movement and health. She is a proud AFLCA certified Group Fitness instructor teaching bootcamp, spin and choreography for over 10 years. She has certifications in teaching Mind-Body classes (yoga, pilates, breathing) as well as certification as a CPFT. She feels everyone can benefit from one on one training. This can extend anywhere from learning the basics, to elevating your workouts to recovering from injury to just being accountable to someone for your sessions. There is ALWAYS a place for you in fitness and activity. Her one on one sessions are orientated to your goals while making sure safety and efficacy are achieved. Krista leads many classes developing social connection and accountability, while remembering to keep any fitness or yoga based class effective and fun. Health is your best investment!

Candace Aldridge is the owner and director of Harmony BellyDance Co.  Studying with the most talented and diverse dancers of her genres, Candace has become one of the most renowned and experienced Belly Dance and movement Teachers and Performer in Victoria BC.  She believes that every woman should have the opportunity to feel like the Goddess she is and this philosophy shines through in both her Belly Dance and Bellyfit® classes.  Her masterful understanding of how the female body moves and her intuitive understanding of what the female soul is craving through movement, make her a huge asset to any and all movement minded communities.  She is the creative director and choreographer to her to two performing groups Harmony Dance and TangleWood.  To discover more about

As an International Award inning Group Fitness Instructor, Carri has chosen Pender Island, Canada as her home now after life in the UK and abroad.  She has been teaching since 1985, so she brings experience and incredible value to the fitness industry and her classes, as seeing it morph firsthand through all its phases and fads has led her to be one of the best!  Carri loves bringing group fitness to all ages and abilities, having done so in many countries such as the UK, Spain, Scotland, the US and now of course, Canada. She leads with passion and energy emphasizing that once the music starts, it and hour for YOU!

Jenny Montgomery, E-RYT 200

Jenny completed both her yoga and pilates training in 2006 and has been teaching ever since. She began her yoga and pilates journey in Ontario and was fortunate enough to train at Stott Pilates Headquarters in Toronto. Her yoga teacher training took her to the Baja coast of Mexico where she trained with Victor Oppenheimer, one of the few yoga instructors to be trained and certified by B.K.S. Iyengar. In 2007, she fulfilled a life goal and moved out West (where Jenny’s heart truly belongs). She owns and operates a small studio on Pender Island (outside of Power Heart + Hustle) that specializes in private and semi-private instruction.  Jenny strives to bring a combination of warmth, compassion, enthusiasm and humour to each session and class she teaches.
